My lab is funded by the European Research Council to explore the Cognitive, Affective and Neural Mechanisms that support self-referential encoding and memory. In addition we are investigating when these processes develop in childhood. We have three main theme to our research:

Specifically:

WHAT psychological processes support self-memory biases?

WHERE in the brain are the neural networks that support these memory biases?

WHEN do self-memory biases emerge in childhood?
